size of our file collection exceeds 4 GB. Lots
of people download from this site each day,
and thus the monthly bandwidth usage
is extremely high. Since keeping the reliability
and speed of the server in any circumstances
is one of our most important guidelines, we
have decided to pay any necessary costs for
the hardware of the server as well as for the
international connection and bandwidth usage.
The server has been upgraded recently, but considering
the increasing traffic, it is very likely that
